Roland Lee, the stabbing suspect in Seattle’s Chinatown, Idaho, was granted $2 million bond by a King County judge. He is being charged for allegedly using a knife to attack at least five persons on Friday. According to court records, Roland Lee, a Black man, is accused of saying “Black Power” during an interview with the Seattle Police. The CID victims of the knife assault on Friday are all Caucasian. Roland Lee was taken into custody by police at 10th Ave and Jackson St.
The prosecution claims it was arbitrary. Due to five additional stabbing occurrences that occurred this past week, Lee may face further charges. After his public counsel contended that there might be identity concerns, the judge refused to let the media display his face. Lee has been convicted of nine other felonies.
